Strategic Focus Under Pressure
everything is a priority→ruthless alignment
The Goal
Protect the "Must Wins" and define a clear "No List."
Ideal For
Quarterly planning and resource-constrained environments.
The Shift
From everything is a priority to ruthless alignment.
The Neuroscience
Under pressure, the brain tends to prioritize the urgent over the important. Deliberately narrowing focus reduces cognitive overload, and well-aimed questions help a team reach the absorbed, single-focus state that flow researchers associate with sharper performance.
